I am a big fan of the sandals with pants combination on guys and have noticed many black males who dress this way. Was wondering if it is part of their culture, if they have foot fettish.
I don't think it's a part of 'black culture'. It's just a fashion statement. Guys in warm areas usually wear sandals with pants or jeans because it's more convenient and the casual style is more acceptable.
Plus- wearing sandals isn't exclusive to a single ethnicity or skin tone. If you go to Athens or Milan or Dubai or St. Tropez or Marbella you'll see dozens of guys in different types of sandals.
