It's a bit over the top. Too much glitter and hippies really weren't glittery. More peasant tops from a couple years ago. But yes--jeans and flip flops (Birkenstocks if you got em) and beads is perfect. Wooden beads or leather headbands.

tie dyed and peasant hippie design. Add leather headband and if you are entering a costume contest, carry a guitar. You are good to go!
