Ok so Im looking for the next best thing cause I want to get a jump on the fall collections in stores and back to school shopping (early! i know!).
I have some questions about what is in and what is out!
Are they out (?):
skinny jeans
flats
leggings
baby doll style dresses tops etc.
Ok and does anyone know what is coming? Like what the next style is?
Because I love to wear skirts but Im getting really tired of the flats and I don't want to wear flip flops because I have really bad feet and I don't want to show them off. What shoes can go with skirts even in a school setting?
Also, is it bad to wear heels at school? Even if you are 5'9?

Those things are all still in! black skinny jeans, flats and leggings are always chic. Baby Doll dresses are in, I think the tops will be out soon though, they make people look pregnant! Wear heels to school for sure! I do and i'm 5'9 too! The next big thing is bright colors and bold use of bright colors! I think it's going to be a mix & match kind of thing... and androgynous, and not too dressed up. As my friend says, the latest trends are usually: "American kids imitating european kids imitating american hip hop."
Try a wedge or a platform with the skirts.
I think i'd wear those boots with tights and a short dress. or with skinny jeans and a rock 'n roll lookin t-shirt and some great accessories... Karl Lagerfeld-style!
