It's a good ideaputting in the Earthbound Immortal because the Frog deck isn't that strong on it's own.
Here is what I think you should do...(You don't have to do everything that I say just the things that you think could work well.)
Cards to add:

3x T.A.D.P.O.L.E.
1x Star Boy
1x Beelze Frog
2x Mother Grizzly
1x D.3.S. Frog
1x Oyster Meister
1x Level Limit - Area B
1x Super Polymerization
1x A Legendary Ocean
1x Froggy Forcefield
1x Bottomless Trap Hole
1x Mirror Force
Cards to take out:
2x Submarine Frog
1x Penguin Soldier
2x Dupe Frog
1x Lightning Vortex
1x One for One
1x Pot of Avarice
1x Graceful Revival
1x Threatening Roar
2x Aegis of the Ocean Dragon Lord
Take out all Synchros except 2 Junk Warriors.
After my configurations there is too many cards in your deck, so I will leave you to take out anything else that you feel you don't really need.
