How do i improve my gymnastics?
I just started gymnastics, and i need to brush up. it is my first time doing in 4 years. i really want to move up quickly cause i started at the level i quit in and i am the oldest in the class (i am 13), and i am not flexible; i can't even do the splits. i want to be in teams in about 2 years. i need any exercises, warm-ups, stretching, anything to help me with my back tucks, front tucks, flip-flops(back handspring), front handspring, back and front walk over, beam, and bars. PLEASE HELP! thank you!
