Do you let your kids wear crocs or flip flops?

I don't, mine wear tennis shoes and socks.

Crocs yes, I think they are really ugly but they are so easy for slipping on and off, say if the kids are playing in the paddling pool and running in and out. Flip flops no, I don't like the idea of the toe posts on little feet and I think they are a bit dangerous. There is no protection for the toes and it's so easy to trip up in them.
