Scary Flip Flops from Wal Mart and soothing worried mothers?
My mother got a hold of a chain email that warns of chemical burns from flip flops sold at Walmart. I wear cheap WalMart flip flops all the time. I researched and found that although it was true, it occurred two years ago. My mother is spazing out, worried that my feet will get hurt. Have there been any reports of evil flip flops this year, and if not, how can i put my poor worried mother's mind to ease that my "wee feets" will be fine?
I researched it. It's on Snopes and news sites that there were several cases a few years ago.
its a chain email. the odds are 99% likely that it is fake
i know tons of people who have bought flip flops at walmart and not one of them has ever had any issue with them
